SHIPPING
HOLIDAY ORDER NOTICE:

Based on USPS ship-by dates, we recommend ordering by Dec. 15th to ensure delivery by Dec. 24th.

This applies to U.S. orders only. We cannot guarantee delivery by Dec. 24th for International orders.

Many of our pieces are made-to-order and require a production time of 3 to 7 days before your item ships. If you need it sooner, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Your jewelry will arrive in a branded jewelry box with a sample polishing cloth (when appropriate) and jewelry care tips.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING via USPS First Class/USPS Priority Mail International

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority and include tracking. Packages are usually delivered to U.S. addresses within 2-5 business days. Shipping times are not guaranteed by the post office and can sometimes take longer.

PLEASE NOTE: we cannot replace or refund any missing items that have been marked as "DELIVERED" by USPS tracking. However, we will help you investigate packages that have been mis-delivered or stolen. Priority mail packages are insured for $100, however First Class packages are not insured.

If you require insurance for the full amount of your order, or require a faster delivery method, please get in touch. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING via USPS First Class International/USPS Priority

All international orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail. The shipping price includes insurance. Shipping times vary by country but reach most destinations in 2-4 weeks. Delivery times are not guaranteed, as packages may be held in customs. Tracking may not be available once the package leaves the US.

Taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. If an order is refused by customs, you’ll be refunded after we receive the returned order, minus a $5 restocking fee and shipping cost. We recommend looking into your local customs laws and fees to avoid any surprises. Thank you for understanding.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
HOLIDAY ORDER NOTICE:

We normally take exchanges or returns within 7 days of delivery, however we are extending the deadline for holiday orders placed between Nov. 22nd through Dec 24th.

If your item was purchased during this time and you'd like to return or exchange it, please contact us at hello@knucklekiss.com by Jan. 4th, 2019.

You will be provided instructions on returning your item.

Only new, unworn jewelry may be returned. Please include the original packaging. Return shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Please note: some sale items or custom orders may not be eligible for returns. Final sale items will be noted on product pages. Refund eligibility for custom orders will be established at the onset of your project.

RETURNING YOUR JEWELRY

Knuckle Kiss is not responsible for returns that become damaged or lost in the mail. You may want to include insurance and/or tracking when you return your item.

Once your item is received and inspected, a refund for the amount of your item, minus shipping fees, will be applied. It may take a few days for funds to appear in your account.

EXCHANGES

Please contact hello@knucklekiss.com within 7 days of delivery with your exchange request. You will be provided instructions on returning your item.

After your item is received and inspected, we will send you either:

An invoice for shipping your new item (plus any balance owed).

Or

A refund if you're owed a balance.

Your new item may require a production time of 3 to 7 days before it ships. Balances must be paid before your item ships.
