WHOLESALE TERMS
All DELZA jewelry is handcrafted with care. Please expect slight variations between product listing photos and items received. All measurements provided are approximate. Stone color and inclusions may vary between stones.
We recommend visiting the FAQ and jewelry care pages on our website for info on jewelry care and materials.
Order minimum is $300. Please note: wholesale prices are subject to change.
Advanced payment required for first and second orders.
Net 15 available for established accounts.
Your order may be delayed and/or canceled if the order minimum is not reached.
HOW TO ORDER
You must be logged into your wholesale account to access wholesale products and prices. Please shop from the “Wholesale” drop down tab. Product listings marked “WHSL” in the title are eligible for wholesale purchase.
Alternate Wholesale Ordering
You may also place an order outside of our online system. Email item numbers/product names with quantities, ring sizes, and materials, as applicable, to: hello@studiodelza.com
An invoice with totals (including shipping) and estimated shipping date will be promptly returned to you via email. For new accounts: please include your tax ID number and contact info.

SHIPPING
Seattle-area orders can be hand delivered by arrangement. Please let us know in advance if you would like to choose this option.
All other orders are shipped via USPS Priority with tracking and insurance. Orders usually arrive within 3 days, but may take longer on occasion.
Shipping Costs based on your order total and will be displayed at checkout. For example:
Orders under $400 = $23 shipping charge
Orders between $400 - 500 = $25
$500 - 600 = $27
$600 - $700 = $29
$700 - $800 = $31
$800 – 900 = $32
$900 – 1k = $34
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please contact us first with your shipping address and order. We will calculate your shipping charge and send an invoice for payment with your order total.
PRODUCTION TIME
We typically require a production time of 2 to 8 weeks before your order ships. Production time depends on order size and our current production schedule. Very large orders may take longer.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns or exchanges are issued for damaged or incorrect items. Please contact us within five days of receiving your package.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Some styles can be modified (e.g. custom sizes, metals, and chain lengths, etc.). Please contact us for inquiries.
REPAIRS
If your customer contacts you about a repair for one of our items, we recommend they contact us directly so the nature of the repair can be determined and we can facilitate the return. Many simple repairs can be made for the small cost of a return shipping fee.
